I utilize various approaches to therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy among others. Together we will find the method that is best tailored to you.

I believe that you are the expert of your narrative, and that you already possess many strengths that will assist you in overcoming your challenges. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
My Communication Style
I utilize an open, non judgmental communication style, where you are free to express yourself however you feel most comfortable. I will actively listen and welcome you to share what you choose, at your own pace. My goal is for you to feel very comfortable and never pressured.
